すごいね！中１特進クラス 2015年 10月 21日

一昨日の中１特進クラス、大切な英語のテストで全員が一発合格でした！
同じ内容のテストで全員が1回で合格したのは史上初の快挙です！
（かつては全員合格まで７回かかったことも。）


中1英語の学習において最も重要なことは、be動詞の文章と一般動詞の文章の違いを理解し、それを的確に使い分けること。これができるためには、単複、人称はもちろん、動詞・形容詞といった品詞判別ができなければなりません。以前から学校では徹底して学んでいるとは思えず、本校ではその点をかなり重点的に指導しています。

テスト問題は以下の内容でした。

三単現はもちろん、一般動詞とbe動詞の過去形の問題も。
このテストで全員が一発で80点以上。
（中２・中３、それどころか高校生にも合格できない生徒がいると思います。特進クラス生以外でこの問題を解いたから答えがほしいという生徒がいたら渡すので教えてください。）
特進クラスがはじまって、わずか1ヶ月たらずでの快挙です。

今年の中１特進、最初の授業で、その授業内容の難しさに子どもたちがひどく衝撃を受けていて、心配だったのですが、確実に急成長しています。たった４回の授業で、中学英語の最も大切な部分の処理ができるようになったのですから。数学もすでに中２の連立方程式に取り組んでいます。彼らの成長がとても楽しみです！
